How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard delivery (PARCEL POST) is free for orders over $150 or $10 for orders under $150, and takes 7-10 business days.
Express delivery (EXPRESS POST) is free for orders over $250 or $15 for orders under $250 and takes 5-7 business days
We use Australia Post and will dispatch item within 24 hours of purchase. (Weekends and Public Holidays excepted)
How much is shipping outside Australia?
As a general rule we use Australia Post International Shipping Satchels....a guide to pricing to various places depends on the number of items :
NZ Approx $19 - $34 AUD (maximum 4 items)
UK Approx $25 - $55 AUD (maximum 3 items)
REST of World Approx $45 - $75 AUD (maximum 3 items)
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less any shipping costs not paid for by the purchaser. We will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We reserve the right to be reimbursed for our costs re postage, and credit card fees, when items purchased online, or over the phone, are returned. Eg if an order qualifies for free postage, but is returned, we will refund less the costs of the postage and the associated credit card fees. Unless they are faulty.
